Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on orders shipped to the United States and Canada, with no minimum order amount. Optional faster shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout.

Domestic (United States): Standard shipping is free with no minimum order amount. Express shipping is available for $15.00 USD.
Canada: Free Standard Shipping is available with no minimum order amount. Optional USPS and DHL Express services may have additional charges shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipment confirmation with your tracking number and tracking link. Please note tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately at support@realairbeauty.com with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
